Self-Care Matters.

Ever since Covid hit I started to practice self care more everyday. Doing small acts of kindness for yourself can improve your mood and create a healthier lifestyle for yourself. Some examples of self care you can do today are:

• Meditate
• Bake a healthy desert
• Prepare a healthy dinner
• Go for a walk
•Call up an old friend
• Go for a coffee with a friend
• Go for a manicure
• Read a book

Taking care of yourself also doesn’t mean going on a shopping spree. It can also be just spending time with yourself and taking care of you.
